Can’t believe the state of the farm and the indecision of LM.  You do not sit on your hand when someone is taking away your property and many people have told you so.  There is no doubt that Marcia has something to do with it.  Her inability to make proper financial sense has effected him in life too.  They are not dumb people but both of their shocking state of their personal finance is totally shameful. There are no mistake that I have make it clear that the caretaker needs to be fire but that he needs to work on finding an alternative to him.  He asks for my help but he refused to take my opinion seriously.  If someone is carting off your property, you should call the cop and fire this person immediately.  His best gf thinks so too but he seems to listen more to her then me. So the idea to fire him is more concrete since her report came.  I am frustrated that I seem to be the only one that this is an emergency and needs to be take care off ASAP he needs to fly out and do it there is no reasons not too.  Mona is a street wise person and she finds out a lot more then I did.  All I have was just a gut feeling, a very strong sense that he is not to be trusted with anything.  I feel disgusted in his presence. I do not want to be at the farm when he was there.  His wife was grossly repulsive too.  Stealing the rose wood is unforgivable.  LM thinks the orange stolen was for eatting.  I can tell right away that a big bag like that can only means 1 thing.  His jungle was clear off all the hard wood.  I am immensely sad about that.  It can’t be replace.  The issue with LM is he is mark for taken advantage of.  Too easy going.  I am not a person to be triful with, this will never happen to me.  I have learn the hard way, never to let someone have that chance.  I have fend for myself because there’s no one to tell me”watch out for the bad men”  I have nothing to loose. 
I keep telling LM that its his business to be in a loosing business. I hate to  see him get hurt though.  to deal with bad people you need to come in hard and carried a big stick so they have to stop at first and not to let them see you be weak.  Then you can ease your control after you show your force.  There is no way that we can servive the comm garden if we did not confront Susie and her husband.  It is a lesson well learn, Lm seem not to know how to be strong in matter of the law.  I have to sue the renters, I have to call 911 when we are in an accident, he refused to.  Well,  I know I wear the pants.
The silver linning and the farm will turn around if Chris proposal pan out.  I think it will be great and this farm has a future.
